1. Hydraulic model: Equipped with a state-of-the-art hydraulic model, this pump utilizes CFD flow simulation technology to achieve remarkable hydraulic efficiency, setting new standards in fluid dynamics.
2. Double-layer pump casing structure: Featuring a robust double-layer structure, the inner layer (volute) is crafted from high-chromium alloy anti-wear cast iron, while the outer layer (pump body, pump cover) is made from durable ordinary gray cast iron or ductile iron.
3. Cost-Effective Reusability: The innovative design allows for the pump body and pump cover to be reused by simply replacing the wearing parts (volute), offering significant cost savings.
4. Bearing body: Adopting a cylindrical structure, the axial position of the rotor part is adjustable via a thread mechanism, ensuring the pump operates with safety and efficiency.
5. Lubrication: Employing grease lubrication, this compact design ensures the bearings remain clean and hygienic, contributing to the pump's longevity.
6. Sealing form: Versatile sealing options are available, including packing seal, expeller seal, or a mechanical seal to suit user requirements, enhancing operational flexibility.
7. Discharge outlet position: Customizable installation with 8 potential positions at 45° intervals, tailored to meet specific operational needs.
