The CH(R) type pump is a robust horizontal cantilever centrifugal slurry pump, excellently engineered to transport solid-liquid mixtures with suspended solid particles, including ore, ash, coal slime, silt, and gravel.

Perfectly suitable for industries such as metallurgy, mining, coal, electric power, and building materials, offering versatile application possibilities.

1. Hydraulic model: Expertly crafted hydraulic model utilizing CFD flow simulation technology for superior hydraulic efficiency.

2. Double-layer pump casing structure: Features an inner layer (volute) made of high-chromium alloy anti-wear cast iron, with an outer casing (pump body, pump cover) of standard gray or ductile iron.

3. Economic advantage: The pump body and cover can be reused by simply replacing wearing parts (volute), delivering significant cost savings.

4. Bearing body: Employs a cylindrical structure, allowing straightforward adjustments of the rotor's axial position via threads, ensuring safe and efficient pump operation.

5. Lubrication: Uses grease lubrication for the bearing, providing a compact, clean, and hygienic structure.

6. Sealing form: Offers flexibility with packing seal, expeller seal, or mechanical seal options based on user requirements.

7. Discharge outlet position: Can be configured in eight distinct positions at 45° intervals, tailored to specific needs.
