1. Hydraulic model: Expertly crafted with CFD flow simulation technology, this hydraulic model achieves exceptional hydraulic efficiency, setting new standards in performance.
2. Double-layer pump casing structure: Ingeniously crafted, the inner layer, or volute, boasts high-chromium alloy anti-wear cast iron, while the outer casing, comprising the pump body and pump cover, is molded from sturdy gray cast iron or ductile iron.
3. Economical and efficient, the pump body and pump cover are designed for reuse by simply replacing the volute, substantially reducing maintenance costs.
4. Bearing body: Featuring a cylindrical design, it allows seamless adjustment of the rotor's axial position through threads, facilitating safe and efficient pump operation.
5. Lubrication: The bearings utilize clean and compact grease lubrication, maintaining a hygienic environment.
6. Sealing form: Offering versatility, it can employ a packing seal, expeller seal, or optionally, a mechanical seal, tailored to user specifications.
7. Discharge outlet position: Unparalleled flexibility with 8 installation positions at 45° intervals, customized to your operational needs.
