The CH(R) type pump is a horizontal cantilever centrifugal slurry pump, meticulously engineered for optimal performance in conveying solid-liquid mixtures containing suspended solid particles such as ore, ash, coal slime, silt, and gravel, amongst others.
This pump excels in a range of industries, including metallurgy, mining, coal, electric power, building materials, and beyond, showcasing its versatile application.
1. Hydraulic Model: Crafted with precision using advanced CFD flow simulation technology, this hydraulic model boasts exceptional hydraulic efficiency.
2. Double-layer Pump Casing Structure: The inner layer (volute) is fashioned from high-chromium alloy anti-wear cast iron, while the outer layer (pump body, pump cover) utilizes robust ordinary gray cast iron or ductile iron.
3. Cost-effective Design: The pump body and cover can be reused by simply replacing the wearing parts (volute), significantly reducing operational costs.
4. Bearing Body: Features a cylindrical structure that allows for easy axial adjustment of the rotor part via threading, ensuring safe and efficient pump operation.
5. Lubrication: Employing grease lubrication, this design ensures a compact structure that is both clean and hygienic.
6. Sealing Form: Offers flexibility with packing seal or expeller seal options, and can accommodate mechanical seals based on user preferences.
7. Versatile Discharge Outlet: Capable of installation in 8 different positions at 45° intervals to meet varied requirements.
