2. Double-layer pump casing structure: Featuring an inner layer of high-chromium alloy anti-wear cast iron and an outer layer of either ordinary gray cast iron or ductile iron, this structure ensures durability and performance.
3. Cost-saving design: The pump body and cover are ingeniously designed for reuse by replacing the wearing parts (volute), dramatically reducing costs.
4. Precision Bearing Body: With its cylindrical structure, the axial position of the rotor part can be easily fine-tuned via threads, guaranteeing safe and efficient pump operation.
5. Lubrication: Utilizing grease lubrication, this bearing showcases a compact, clean, and hygienic structure.
6. Sealing form: Offering flexibility, it can adopt a packing seal, expeller seal, or even a mechanical seal based on user preferences.
7. Discharge outlet position: Customizable for convenience, it can be installed in 8 different positions at 45° intervals to meet specific needs.
