2. Double-layer Pump Casing: Designed for durability, the pump features an inner layer crafted from high-chromium alloy anti-wear cast iron, while the outer layer is constructed from either ordinary gray cast iron or ductile iron.
3. Cost-effective Design: The innovative design allows the pump body and cover to be reused by simply replacing the volute, significantly reducing costs.
4. Bearing Body: The cylindrical structure of the bearing body facilitates easy axial adjustment of the rotor part through threading, ensuring safe and efficient pump operation.
5. Lubrication: Utilizing grease lubrication, the bearing system is compact, clean, and hygienic, ensuring smooth operation.
6. Sealing Options: Offering flexibility, the pump can be equipped with packing or expeller seals, with an option for mechanical seals based on user preference.
7. Adjustable Discharge Outlet: For customized installation, the discharge outlet can be adjusted to 8 different positions at 45-degree intervals.
