2. Durable Double-layer Pump Casing: The inner layer (volute) is crafted from high-chromium alloy anti-wear cast iron, while the outer layer (pump body, pump cover) uses ordinary gray cast iron or ductile iron for robust protection.
3. Cost-saving Reusable Design: The pump body and cover are designed for cost efficiency, allowing for reuse by simply replacing wearing parts (volute).
4. Precision Bearing Body: Featuring a cylindrical structure, the axial position of the rotor part is easily adjustable via thread for safe and efficient operation.
5. Hygienic Grease Lubrication: The bearing utilizes grease lubrication for a compact, clean, and hygienic structure.
6. Versatile Sealing Options: Employs packing seal or expeller seal, with the option for a mechanical seal based on user requirements.
