Horizontal Slurry Pumps:
The CH(R) type pump is a horizontal cantilever centrifugal slurry pump,it is suitable for conveying solid-liquid mixtures containing suspended solid particles (such as ore, ash, coal slime, silt and gravel, etc.)
It is suitable for metallurgy, mining, coal, electric power, building materials and other industries.
1. Hydraulic model: a hydraulic model designed with CFD flow simulation technology, with high hydraulic efficiency.
2. Double-layer pump casing structure: the inner layer (volute) is made of high-chromium alloy anti-wear cast iron, and the outer layer (pump body, pump cover) is ordinary gray cast iron or ductile iron.
3. The pump body and pump cover can be reused by replacing the wearing parts (volute), which saves costs.
4. Bearing body: It adopts a cylindrical structure, and the axial position of the rotor part can be easily adjusted through the thread, so that the water pump can run safely and efficiently.
5. Lubrication: The bearing adopts grease lubrication, compact structure, clean and hygienic.
6. Sealing form: Packing seal or expeller seal is adopted, and mechanical seal can also be adopted according to user requirements.
7. Discharge outlet position: It can be installed in 8 different positions at 45° intervals according to needs.

Vertical Slurry Pumps:
The CSP(R) sump pump is a vertical centrifugal slurry pump, immersed in the liquid, the pump inlet is vertically downward, and the outlet is vertically upward on the other side of the pump.
The pump is mainly composed of lower filter screen, pump body, impeller, shaft, guard plate, bracket and other parts.
The upper part of the pump is supported by a bearing; the pump is installed under the liquid without any shaft seal and shaft seal water, and it can work normally under conditions of insufficient suction.
The flow parts are made of wear-resistant materials, which are used to transport abrasive, coarse particles, and high-concentration slurry.
It is mainly suitable for conveying corrosive, coarse particles and high-concentration slag slurry. It is widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, electric power, building materials, environmental protection and other departments.
The transmission type of this pump is BD and DC, namely belt drive and direct drive.
The depth of immersion in the liquid can be determined according to the actual needs of users within the standard size range.
Seen from the direction of the pump suction port, it rotates counterclockwise.

The CGH type is a high-head gravel pump.
1. This series of gravel pumps are horizontal centrifugal pumps with a single pump shell structure.

Submersible Slurry Pumps:
The ZJQ submersible slurry pump is a hydraulic machine in which the motor and the water pump are coaxially submerged into the medium.
It is suitable for conveying liquids containing solid particles such as sand, coal slag, tailings, etc. It is mainly used for the removal and transportation of slurry liquids in metallurgy, mining, thermal power plants and other enterprises. It is an ideal substitute for traditional mud pumps.
