Installed perpendicular to the axis, the casing is uniquely split at the center, eliminating the need to disassemble inlet pipes, outlet pipes, or the motor for maintenance, ensuring seamless operation.
The integral components of the split casing pump include the pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, double suction seal ring, shaft sleeve, and durable bearings, all contributing to its superior functionality and longevity.
The impeller's working chamber is artfully formed by the pump body and cover, with inlet and outlet flanges equipped with threaded holes for vacuum and pressure gauges. Additionally, water discharge is facilitated by threaded holes at the flange's bottom, optimizing performance.
The impeller, having passed rigorous static balance verification, is secured with precision on both sides by a sleeve and sleeve nuts, allowing for adjustable axial positioning.
