2. Double-layer pump casing structure: Features a robust inner layer made of high-chromium alloy anti-wear cast iron, complemented by an outer layer of ordinary gray cast iron or ductile iron for enhanced durability.
3. Cost-effective design: The pump body and cover can be reused by replacing the wearing parts (volute), ensuring cost savings.
4. Bearing body: Employs a cylindrical architecture allowing easy adjustment of the rotor's axial position via threading, ensuring safe, efficient operation.
5. Lubrication: Equipped with grease lubrication, offering a compact, clean, and hygienic structure.
6. Sealing form: Offers flexibility with packing seal or expeller seal, and accommodates mechanical seals as per user preferences.
