The CH(R) type pump stands as a horizontal cantilever centrifugal slurry pump, meticulously crafted for the efficient conveyance of solid-liquid mixtures, brimming with suspended solid particles such as ore, ash, coal slime, silt, gravel, and more.
This pump finds its ideal suitability across a spectrum of industries including metallurgy, mining, coal, electric power, and building materials, ensuring versatile and reliable performance.
1. Hydraulic Model: Featuring a state-of-the-art hydraulic model, designed with the latest CFD flow simulation technology for exceptional hydraulic efficiency.
2. Double-Layer Pump Casing Structure: Ingeniously engineered, the inner layer (volute) is comprised of high-chromium alloy anti-wear cast iron, while the outer layer includes options of ordinary gray cast iron or ductile iron for the pump body and cover.
3. Cost Efficiency: The pump body and cover are reusable by simply replacing the wearing parts (volute), making it a cost-effective solution.
4. Bearing Body: It incorporates a cylindrical design, allowing for ease in adjusting the axial position of the rotor part via threading, thus ensuring the pump operates with safety and efficiency.
5. Lubrication: Utilizing grease lubrication, this compact structure ensures cleanliness and hygiene for prolonged operational life.
6. Sealing Form: Options include packing seal or expeller seal, with the addition of mechanical seal available to align with specific user requirements.
7. Discharge Outlet Position: Customizable in 8 distinct positions at 45-degree intervals to accommodate diverse installation needs.
