Introducing the CH(R) type pump: a robust horizontal cantilever centrifugal slurry pump. This powerhouse is engineered for seamless conveyance of solid-liquid mixtures peppered with suspended solid particles, including ore, ash, coal slime, silt, and gravel.
Perfectly suited for a variety of industries such as metallurgy, mining, coal, electric power, and building materials, making it an indispensable tool in these sectors.
1. Hydraulic model: Our advanced hydraulic model utilizes cutting-edge CFD flow simulation technology, offering superior hydraulic efficiency.
2. Double-layer pump casing structure: Featuring an inner layer crafted from high-chromium alloy anti-wear cast iron, and an outer layer made from robust ordinary gray cast iron or ductile iron.
3. Cost-efficient design: The pump body and cover can be effortlessly reused by simply replacing the wearing parts (volute), significantly reducing costs.
4. Bearing body: Designed with a cylindrical structure, the axial position of the rotor can be finely tuned through threading, ensuring safe and efficient pump operation.
5. Lubrication: The bearings are lubricated with grease, offering a compact design that is both clean and hygienic.
6. Sealing form: Choose from packing seal or expeller seal, with the flexibility to adopt a mechanical seal based on user requirements.
7. Discharge outlet position: Customizable to 8 different positions at 45° intervals, tailored to your needs.
