1. Hydraulic model: Meticulously crafted with cutting-edge CFD flow simulation technology, this hydraulic model achieves unparalleled hydraulic efficiency.
2. Double-layer pump casing structure: The inner volute is constructed from high-chromium alloy anti-wear cast iron, complemented by an outer layer of either ordinary gray cast iron or resilient ductile iron.
3. With replaceable wearing parts like the volute, the pump body and cover offer a sustainable, cost-effective solution by eliminating the need for entire replacements.
4. Bearing body: Featuring a sophisticated cylindrical structure, the axial position of the rotor can be effortlessly adjusted via threads, ensuring safe and efficient operation of the water pump.
5. Lubrication: The bearing is maintained with grease lubrication, ensuring a compact, clean, and hygienic structure.
6. Sealing form: Options include a packing seal or expeller seal, with the adaptability for a mechanical seal based on user requirements, offering versatility and reliability.
7. Discharge outlet position: Flexibility is ensured with 8 possible installation positions at 45° intervals, catering to specific operational needs.
