The CG(H) type gravel pump is specifically engineered for the continuous transport of robust abrasive materials that are too large for standard slurry pumps. It excels in applications such as dredging operations for dredgers, river dredging projects, mining endeavors, and the conveyance of blasting slag in metal smelting processes.

The CGH type is distinguished as a high-head gravel pump, ideal for challenging applications.

1. This series showcases horizontal centrifugal pumps featuring a streamlined single pump shell structure.

Broadly categorized, it is also a variant of the versatile slurry pump.

2. The pump body and cover are secured with unique clamps, allowing for the pump's outlet direction to be adjusted to any position within 360 degrees, ensuring easy installation and optimal usability.

3. The gravel pump's bearing assembly employs a cylindrical configuration, facilitating seamless adjustments between the impeller and the pump body, and allowing for complete removal during maintenance.

4. Bearings are lubricated with grease to ensure smooth operation.

5. Three shaft seal options are available for gravel pumps: packing seal, expeller seal, and mechanical seal, catering to diverse operational needs.

6. Boasting a wide flow path, excellent cavitation performance, and superior efficiency, the gravel pump is built for abrasion resistance.

7. Primary transmission methods include: V-belt transmission, elastic coupling transmission, gear reducer transmission, hydraulic coupling transmission, and SCR speed control, among others.
