The CH(R) type pump is a robust, horizontal cantilever centrifugal slurry pump, expertly designed for the seamless transportation of solid-liquid mixtures. This includes materials containing suspended solid particles such as ore, ash, coal slime, silt, and gravel, making it an indispensable choice for your operational needs.

1. Hydraulic model: Engineered with cutting-edge CFD flow simulation technology, our hydraulic model is crafted to deliver exceptional hydraulic efficiency, marking a new standard in slurry pump performance.
2. Double-layer pump casing structure: Featuring an inner layer made from high-chromium alloy anti-wear cast iron, complemented by an outer layer of either ordinary gray cast iron or ductile iron, this structure ensures durability and longevity.
3. Cost-effective design: The pump body and cover are reusable courtesy of replaceable wearing parts (volute), significantly saving on maintenance costs.
4. Bearing body: Incorporating a cylindrical structure, the axial position of the rotor is easily adjustable via a thread mechanism, guaranteeing safe and efficient pump operation.
5. Lubrication: Utilizes grease lubrication for the bearings, ensuring a compact, clean, and hygienic configuration.
6. Sealing form: Offers versatility with packing seal, expeller seal, and optional mechanical seal based on user requirements.
7. Discharge outlet position: Flexibility in installation is provided with 8 different positions available at 45° intervals, tailored to your specific needs.
