Heavy Duty High Chrome Electric Slurry Water Pump Solutions
The CH(R) type pump is a horizontal cantilever centrifugal slurry pump, expertly designed to transfer solid-liquid mixtures rich with suspended solid particles, including ore, ash, coal slime, silt, gravel, and more.
Ideally suited for application across a multitude of industries such as metallurgy, mining, coal, electric power, and building materials.
1. Hydraulic model: Engineered with advanced CFD flow simulation technology, this hydraulic model boasts exceptional hydraulic efficiency.
2. Double-layer pump casing structure: An innovative design featuring an inner volute crafted from high-chromium alloy anti-wear cast iron, surrounded by an outer layer of either traditional gray cast iron or robust ductile iron.
3. The pump body and cover feature a cost-effective design that allows for reuse by simply replacing the wearing parts, such as the volute.
4. Bearing body: Equipped with a cylindrical structure, the rotor's axial position can be seamlessly adjusted via thread to ensure safe and efficient pump operation.
5. Lubrication: Implements grease lubrication, offering a compact, clean, and hygienic structure.
6. Sealing form: Offers flexibility with either packing seal, expeller seal, or mechanical seal based on user specifications.
7. Discharge outlet position: Versatile installation with 8 different positions available at 45° intervals to customize to needs.

This range of pumps features an extensive performance spectrum, outstanding cavitation resistance, and high efficiency.
