The CH(R) type pump is a robust horizontal cantilever centrifugal slurry pump, meticulously engineered for the efficient conveyance of solid-liquid mixtures laden with suspended solid particles such as ore, ash, coal slime, silt, and gravel, among others.
This pump is ideal for a diverse array of industries, including metallurgy, mining, coal, electric power, and building materials, ensuring optimal performance across various sectors.
1. Hydraulic model: This pump boasts a cutting-edge hydraulic model crafted with advanced CFD flow simulation technology, ensuring exceptional hydraulic efficiency.
2. Double-layer pump casing structure: Features an inner layer (volute) constructed from high-chromium alloy anti-wear cast iron, while the outer layer (pump body, pump cover) is composed of traditional gray cast iron or resilient ductile iron.
3. The pump body and cover are designed for cost-effective reuse by simply replacing worn components like the volute, offering significant savings.
4. Bearing body: It employs a cylindrical structure, allowing for straightforward adjustment of the rotor part's axial position via a threaded mechanism, ensuring safe and efficient pump operation.
5. Lubrication: The bearings utilize grease lubrication, offering a compact, clean, and hygienic structure.
6. Sealing form: Available with either packing seal or expeller seal, and can accommodate mechanical seals according to user preferences.
7. Discharge outlet position: Flexibly designed to be installed in 8 distinct positions at 45° intervals, tailored to meet specific needs.
