The CH(R) type pump is expertly crafted as a horizontal cantilever centrifugal slurry pump, perfect for transporting solid-liquid mixtures with suspended solid particles such as ore, ash, coal slime, silt, and gravel.

This versatile pump excels across industries such as metallurgy, mining, coal, electric power, and building materials.

1. Hydraulic model: Leveraging advanced CFD flow simulation technology, this hydraulic model boasts exceptional hydraulic efficiency.

2. Double-layer pump casing structure: Featuring a robust inner layer made of high-chromium alloy anti-wear cast iron, while the outer layer is constructed from ordinary gray cast iron or ductile iron.

3. Pump body and cover: Designed for longevity, allowing for cost-effective reuse by simply replacing the wearing parts (volute).

4. Bearing body: Employs a cylindrical structure, enabling effortless adjustment of the rotor's axial position through threading, ensuring safe and efficient pump operation.

5. Lubrication: Grease lubrication is used, providing a compact, clean, and hygienic design.

6. Sealing form: Offers flexibility with packing seal or expeller seal, and can include a mechanical seal as per user requirements.

7. Discharge outlet position: Customizable installation in 8 different positions at 45° intervals to suit your needs.
