The CH(R) type pump is a marvel of engineering-a horizontal cantilever centrifugal slurry pump designed for the seamless transfer of solid-liquid mixtures loaded with suspended solid particles such as ore, ash, coal slime, silt, and gravel.

1. Hydraulic model: Expertly crafted with cutting-edge CFD flow simulation technology, this hydraulic model stands out for its exceptional efficiency and performance.
2. Double-layer pump casing structure: Featuring an innovative design, the inner layer (volute) is crafted from high-chromium alloy anti-wear cast iron, while the outer layer (pump body, pump cover) is constructed from durable ordinary gray cast iron or ductile iron.
3. Designed for cost efficiency, the pump body and pump cover are reusable by simply replacing the volute, minimizing maintenance costs and maximizing longevity.
4. Bearing body: The cylindrical structure allows for easy adjustment of the rotor part's axial position via threading, ensuring the water pump operates with optimal safety and efficiency.
5. Lubrication: Designed for cleanliness, the bearing employs grease lubrication, resulting in a compact and hygienic structure.
6. Sealing form: Equipped with either a packing seal or expeller seal, with the flexibility to adopt a mechanical seal based on user specifications.
7. Discharge outlet position: For versatile installation, it can be positioned in 8 distinctive orientations at 45° intervals, tailored to your specific requirements.
