The CH(R) type pump is a robust horizontal cantilever centrifugal slurry pump, expertly engineered for the efficient transport of solid-liquid mixtures with suspended solid particles such as ore, ash, coal slime, silt, and gravel.

1. Hydraulic model: Designed with advanced CFD flow simulation technology, this hydraulic model boasts exceptional hydraulic efficiency.
2. Double-layer pump casing structure: Features a durable inner layer of high-chromium alloy anti-wear cast iron, complemented by an outer layer of ordinary gray cast iron or ductile iron.
3. Cost-effective design: The pump body and pump cover are reusable, allowing for the replacement of wearing parts (volute) to significantly reduce maintenance costs.
4. Bearing body: With a cylindrical structure, the axial position of the rotor can be effortlessly adjusted through threading, ensuring secure and efficient pump operation.
5. Lubrication: Featuring grease lubrication, the bearing system is compact, clean, and hygienic, contributing to the overall durability of the pump.
6. Sealing form: Options include packing seal or expeller seal, with the flexibility to adopt a mechanical seal based on user preferences.
7. Versatile discharge outlet: The pump's discharge outlet can be strategically positioned in 8 different orientations at 45° intervals to meet specific installation requirements.
