Electric High Pressure Slurry Pump for Industrial Applications
The CH(R) type pump is a robust horizontal cantilever centrifugal slurry pump, expertly designed for the transportation of solid-liquid mixtures rich in suspended solid particles, such as ore, ash, coal slime, silt, and gravel.
This versatile pump excels in multiple industries, including metallurgy, mining, coal, electric power, and building materials.
1. Hydraulic model: Featuring a cutting-edge hydraulic model engineered with CFD flow simulation technology, it ensures superior hydraulic efficiency.
2. Double-layer pump casing structure: The inner layer, or volute, is crafted from high-chromium alloy anti-wear cast iron, while the outer layer, comprising the pump body and cover, is made from standard gray cast iron or ductile iron.
3. Designed for cost-effectiveness, the pump's body and cover can be reused by simply replacing the volute, minimizing expenses.
4. Bearing body: Equipped with a cylindrical design, it allows for easy axial adjustment of the rotor part via threading, ensuring safe and efficient pump operation.
5. Lubrication: The bearing uses grease lubrication, offering a compact, clean, and hygienic structural design.
6. Sealing form: Available in packing seal or expeller seal options, with the possibility of incorporating a mechanical seal as per user requirements.
7. Discharge outlet position: Installable in eight distinct positions at 45° intervals to accommodate diverse needs.
