2. Double-Layer Pump Casing Structure: Features an inner layer made from high-chromium alloy anti-wear cast iron, while the outer layer consists of either ordinary gray cast iron or ductile iron, ensuring durability.
3. Economical Design: The pump body and pump cover are designed for reuse by simply replacing the wearing parts, significantly reducing costs.
4. Bearing Body: Equipped with a cylindrical structure allowing easy axial adjustment of the rotor via thread, guaranteeing safe and efficient pump operation.
5. Superior Lubrication: Utilizes grease lubrication for a compact, clean, and hygienic structure.
6. Versatile Sealing Form: Options include packing seal, expeller seal, and user-preferred mechanical seal for a customized fit.
7. Flexible Discharge Orientation: The discharge outlet can be installed in 8 distinct positions at 45° intervals, tailored to specific needs.
