The CH(R) type pump is an advanced horizontal cantilever centrifugal slurry pump, expertly crafted for efficiently transporting solid-liquid mixtures enriched with suspended solid particles, such as ore, ash, coal slime, silt, and gravel, among others.
This formidable pump finds its essential place in a variety of industries including metallurgy, mining, coal, electric power, and building materials, showcasing its versatile prowess.
1. Hydraulic model: A state-of-the-art hydraulic model engineered with CFD flow simulation technology ensures exceptional hydraulic efficiency.
2. Double-layer pump casing structure: Featuring a robust inner layer (volute) crafted from high-chromium alloy anti-wear cast iron and an outer layer constructed from either conventional gray cast iron or ductile iron.
3. The ingenious design permits the reuse of the pump body and cover by simply replacing the wearing parts (volute), offering significant cost savings.
4. Bearing body: Incorporates a cylindrical structure, facilitating effortless adjustment of the axial position of the rotor through threads, ensuring the pump operates with utmost safety and efficiency.
5. Lubrication: Employing grease lubrication for the bearing, this design boasts a compact, clean, and hygienic structure.
6. Sealing form: Offers flexibility with packing seal, expeller seal, and optionally, a mechanical seal based on user preferences.
7. Discharge outlet position: Optimized for adaptability, it can be installed in 8 distinct positions at 45° intervals to meet diverse requirements.
