The CH(R) type pump is a horizontal cantilever centrifugal slurry pump, masterfully engineered for the transportation of solid-liquid mixtures loaded with suspended solid particles such as ore, ash, coal slime, silt, and gravel.

Its exceptional versatility makes it the ideal choice for industries like metallurgy, mining, coal, electric power, and building materials.

1. Hydraulic model: Crafted using cutting-edge CFD flow simulation technology, our hydraulic model offers unparalleled hydraulic efficiency.

2. Double-layer pump casing structure: The inner layer, made from high-chromium alloy anti-wear cast iron, and the outer layer, composed of ordinary gray cast iron or ductile iron, ensures robust durability.

3. The ingenious design allows the pump body and cover to be reused by simply replacing the wearing parts (volute), delivering significant cost savings.

4. Bearing body: Featuring a cylindrical structure, it enables effortless axial adjustment of the rotor part via threading, ensuring safe and efficient operation of the water pump.

5. Lubrication: The bearing employs grease lubrication, maintaining a compact structure while ensuring cleanliness and hygiene.

6. Sealing form: Choose from packing seal or expeller seal, with the option of a mechanical seal to cater to specific user requirements.
