The CH(R) type pump is a robust, horizontal cantilever centrifugal slurry pump, engineered for the seamless transport of solid-liquid mixtures with suspended solid particles, such as ore, ash, coal slime, silt, and gravel.
This versatile pump is perfectly suited for a multitude of industries including metallurgy, mining, coal, electric power, and building materials.
1. Hydraulic model: Experience superior hydraulic efficiency with our cutting-edge hydraulic model, designed using advanced CFD flow simulation technology.
2. Double-layer pump casing structure: Featuring a dual-layer design, the inner layer (volute) is crafted from high-chromium alloy anti-wear cast iron, while the outer layer (pump body, pump cover) is constructed from durable ordinary gray cast iron or ductile iron.
3. Cost-effective design: The pump body and pump cover are reusable by simply replacing the wearing parts (volute), significantly reducing maintenance costs.
4. Bearing body: The cylindrical structure allows for easy adjustment of the rotor part's axial position via threading, ensuring safe and efficient pump operation.
5. Lubrication: Equipped with grease lubrication, the bearing design boasts a compact, clean, and hygienic structure.
6. Sealing form: Offers flexibility with packing seal or expeller seal options, and can accommodate mechanical seals as per user requirements.
7. Discharge outlet position: Customizable to install in 8 different positions at 45° intervals for optimal performance.
