2. Double-layer pump casing structure: Features an inner layer made of high-chromium alloy anti-wear cast iron for durability, while the outer layer is crafted from ordinary gray cast iron or ductile iron.
3. Cost-efficient design: The pump body and cover are reusable by simply replacing the wearing parts (volute), ensuring cost savings.
4. Bearing body: Employs a cylindrical structure with easy thread-based axial position adjustment to ensure safe and efficient pump operation.
5. Lubrication: Utilizes grease lubrication for a compact, clean, and hygienic structure.
