Double-layer pump casing structure: Engineered with precision, the inner volute is crafted from high-chromium alloy anti-wear cast iron, while the outer casing-comprising the pump body and cover-is formed from either standard gray cast iron or robust ductile iron, ensuring durability and longevity.
3. Cost-effective design: By allowing the pump body and cover to be reused through replacement of wearing parts (volute), this innovative design significantly reduces long-term costs.
4. Bearing body: Featuring a cylindrical structure, the axial position of the rotor can be effortlessly adjusted via threading, ensuring the pump operates safely and efficiently.
5. Lubrication: The bearing utilizes grease lubrication, maintaining a compact structure while ensuring cleanliness and hygiene.
6. Sealing form: Flexible sealing options include a packing seal, expeller seal, or a mechanical seal, tailored to user specifications for maximum adaptability.
7. Discharge outlet position: Designed for flexibility, it can be configured in eight different positions at 45-degree intervals, adapting to various operational requirements.
