The CH(R) type pump, a horizontal cantilever centrifugal slurry pump, is expertly crafted for transporting solid-liquid mixtures with suspended solid particles such as ore, ash, coal slime, silt, and gravel.

Ideally suited for industries like metallurgy, mining, coal, electric power, and building materials.

1. Hydraulic model: Engineered using CFD flow simulation technology, our hydraulic model ensures superior hydraulic efficiency.

2. Dual-layer pump casing: The volute is constructed from high-chromium alloy anti-wear cast iron, while the outer casing uses standard gray cast iron or ductile iron for robust protection.

3. Reusable design: By simply replacing worn parts like the volute, both the pump body and cover can be reused, offering significant cost savings.

4. Bearing body: Features a cylindrical structure allowing easy rotor position adjustment through threading, ensuring safe and efficient pump operation.

5. Lubrication: Grease lubrication for bearings offers a compact, clean, and hygienic solution.

6. Seal options: Choose from packing seal, expeller seal, or opt for a mechanical seal as per user requirements.

7. Versatile discharge outlet: Installable in 8 different orientations with 45° intervals for flexible positioning.
